Priority Guide

Urgent: Outage, dashboards inaccessoble, org-wide login failure
High: Broken feature, data incorrect for large group of users, no workaround
Normal: Single user issues, WorkerB, limited impact
Low: Feature request, "how-to", minor UI issue
