This guide outlines the steps for creating an account within the LinearB Support Portal. This login is separate from your LinearB platform login. Therefore, an account for the portal will need to created in order to view current and previous tickets opened.
- Navigate to the Support Portal
- Click "Sign in" on the top navigation bar
- The page will redirect to the "Sign in" screen for existing users
- Click "Sign up" next to "New to LinearB?"
- Fill out the required information
- Click "Sign up"
- Wait for the welcome email to verify your email address and allow you to sign in
From there, you should be able to sign into the LinearB Support Portal and see your requests that you have previously submitted.
Note: If you are a stakeholder that would like to see all requests that have been submitted for your organization, please reach out to your CSM so they can raise the request internally within LinearB.
